Refund policy

All of our items at Tasty Time Treats are made to order and are perishable; therefore, all sales are FINAL and no returns or refunds are allowed. 

The carrier (UPS) is responsible for all damaged, crushed, or melted items due to the transit conditions out of our control. If you receive a package that is damaged, immediately take photos upon receipt and file a claim with UPS. 

If you have any concerns about transit conditions please reach out to us and as always, we encourage upgraded shipping items for orders outside the north east area as well as ice pack upgrades located on our website. Thank you!
